София: столицата на България има история, датираща от VIII - VII пр.н.е. During the first few decades since the town become fifth Bulgarian capital on 3rd April 1879, one of the most famous buildings of Sofia are created. These are: the Palace, Bulgaria hotel, the "Ivan Vazov" theatre, the Central Bath with mineral water resources, the Academy of Science, the National Library, the "Alexander Nevski" Cathedral (the biggest on the Balkan peninsula) etc. Built up in the exceptional secession style the center of Sofia is unique itself.
